A few useful answers.

More manufacturing FAQs →
Are these stock parts or custom manufacturing examples?

These are examples of components we can manufacture. Parts are made to your drawing and specifications; the library is a starting point for discussing your project, not a stock inventory.

What should I include when requesting a quote?

Share your 2D drawing or 3D CAD file, material and grade, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish and delivery requirements. Our team can review manufacturability with you before production.

How do I choose between Swiss machining and mill-turn machining?

Swiss machining suits small, slender components such as pins and precision shafts. Mill-turn machining combines turning and milling for components with multiple features. The best process depends on the drawing, material and volume.

Can I request a different material or finish?

Yes. The material shown on a card describes that example. Tell us your required alloy, treatment and inspection requirements so we can confirm a suitable manufacturing route.
